TopWheels – Vehicle Inspection Terms & Conditions

By booking or confirming a vehicle inspection with TopWheels (“we”, “our”, “us”), whether online, via phone, or WhatsApp, you (“you”, “the customer”) agree to the following terms:
1. Authorization to Inspect
- You authorize TopWheels to inspect and, if necessary, test drive the vehicle at the specified location.
- If you are not the owner, you confirm that the owner has granted permission for the inspection.
2. Scope of Inspection
- Our inspection is visual and non-invasive. It does not include dismantling of parts or in-depth mechanical diagnostics.
- We do not verify ownership, service history, or recall status of the vehicle.
- Our inspection represents a general condition at the time of inspection only and does not guarantee future performance.
3. Limitations
- You will receive a report based on the inspector’s professional opinion.
- The report is for your personal use only and must not be relied upon by third parties.
- TopWheels retains ownership of all inspection data and reports.

5. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible, clean, and safe to inspect.
- You must ensure the seller is present or grants full access to the vehicle.
6. Risk and Liability
- The service is used at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages, theft, or mechanical issues that occur after the inspection.
- TopWheels’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the inspection service.
7. Payments & Cancellations
- Full payment must be made in advance to confirm your booking.
- Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 8 hours may result in partial or no refund, at our discretion.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- We encourage resolution through direct communication. If needed, disputes will be handled by arbitration under UAE law.
9. Privacy
- We collect and store your data for service purposes only. We do not share your personal information without consent, except where required by law.
10. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as accidents, weather conditions, or government actions.
